Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.
About supplier
E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

Paul and his colleague arrived on time and couldn't be more pleasant and helpful if they tried. Left them to set up and didn't see them then until the food was ready, which was great as the factory and office where still open. food was available bang on time and the service was excellent and the food of an amazing quality, hot and delicious, the options available where also great as not everyone wanted fish. Portion sizes also very good and no one was left wanting.
I would definitely recommend Silver Street Foods to anyone and will be booking them again for our last day at work next year.

This was a highlight of the party - guests are talking about Harry as much as about the band. Quality food, and served by a great friendly duo in Harry and Georgina.
The food and condiments were first class - I come from Blackpool and these fish and chips were even batter...ho, ho

We could not be happier with our choice with Davies caterers! The guys were lovely the set up is so professional And looks great and to top it off the food portions were huge and delicious all fresh litrally made the day after our wedding amazing would recommend them for any function I wish we had taken pictures of them set up on our roof Terrace looked and tasted great !
