Laura performed during our drinks reception at our rustic and relaxed wedding. Her voice and style was absolutely perfect for our day. So many people commented on how stunning Laura's voice is. She was also really easy to contact and we had great communication in the lead up to the wedding. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone planning a similar style of event, and wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future. Thank you so much Laura, you are amazing xx

From the moment I booked in December ,Abi from the band contacted me and from then on I knew I had made the right choice to book Soul Department,they were very understanding with Covid always in the background and then when my 60 th birthday party went ahead the band were brilliant from start to finish.
I had over 300 people there and everyone commented what a group
I can not thank them enough for helping to make party magical

Where do I begin, We booked Tashara for my wife's surprise birthday party as she is a massive fan of motown and soul. We were not disappointed! The Singer was absolutely fabulous and had the whole venue up and dancing all night. I would recommend her act to everyone.
The event planning and communication from Kerrie at Dixie bird records was immaculate so I only had to worry about the food and guests.
A fabulous night made even more special by the entertainment

Kevin was fab! We hired him for a couple of hours for our pals hen do! He was a brilliant addition to the night - really made it feel EXTRA! We played the music we wanted to play, starting with some soul/funk numbers and moving to more party tunes whilst he jammed along with his sax! It was an epic night and Kevin really was the icing on the cake! x
