We are a high-energy 1920s - 1950s trio that plays popular Blues, Jazz, Ragtime, Rock & Roll, Swing, and Boogie music. The band uses 1930s metal resonator guitars, a real 1920s drum kit, and washboards as well as wearing tailored vintage suits. We swap instruments and singers at various times in a set. This provides you with a show with a wide variety of sounds and styles while also being authentic, danceable, and with the odd quip between songs - entertaining and humorous.

Neil and Mark were absolutely brilliant, we could not rate them anymore. They have been more than accommodating, from learning a song for our first dance (which they performed better than we could have hoped) to being really flexible and ready to go for us in an instant. 11/10 would recommend for anyone, and will definitely keep their details for future parties.

"My wife and I thought that Petites Annonces were terrific, and exactly what we had been looking for. Their music was full of character, played with great verve and skill, and made just the right atmosphere for a party in a hired country house. They were also bang on time, very efficient in setting up, easy going and a pleasure to have at our party. Recommended without hesitation."

Absolutely brilliant - great voices and lots of fun. We really enjoyed having the Front Covers entertain us at our birthday/charity party celebration. They are a lovely group, totally professional and well organised. Jess and the Red Hot rags were amazing. Having planned an small private event for my Father in Law that had to be postponed due to Covid we were delighted to reorganise an outdoor, social distancing event for today. Red Hot Rags played wonderful music and made a man whose health is rapidly fading very very Happy. I can't thank them enough for all they have done and would recommend them to anyone.Thank you so much.
