Silvestre has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning, always responsive and happy to help, answering any questions I had. On the evening itself he was so professional but friendly and very unobtrusively prepared and cooked our delicious meal. We booked Silvestre for a meal for my parents 80th birthdays and they loved it from start to finish, thank you.

I had good communication with Chef Silvestre before the event. One of our group was a pescatarian so happily cooked a different meal to the meat eaters. Professional and on time. Food was lovely and plates were clean! Recommend.

The Chef Touch (Silvestre) is nothing short from amazing! He provides multiple options for the allergic or picky eaters and ensures that everyone is happy! My bf and I hosted a birthday party for 10 and we were all impressed with the food and service. You can see Silvestre's confidence in the kitchen and in the food. Well versed and knowledgable about multiple culinary cuisine's. Communicates efficiently the moment you reserve his services! Don't be afraid to ask Silvestre for any recommendations, if we host another event we are definitely going to ask him to bring in the Portuguese cuisine that he know's so well!

Awesome food and really friendly, took care of everything and was really punctual! Great variety on the menu. Chef was really unobtrusive and worked quietly in the kitchen sorting everything out without asking us for anything. Left the place spotless afterwards.
Would definitely recommend and planning the next party already!

Matthew and his colleague Marc Davis prepared and served a wonderful three course meal for my husbands surprise birthday party at Parnacott House, Devon. It was the first time I'd hired a chef but Matthew made the whole experience stress free . He listened to my brief and offered a suggested menu . He was very helpful when I asked for some amendments and tweaks to suit the taste of my guests. The evening went perfectly and m y husband and our guests were all very impressed by the whole event. It was executed professionally and calmly.led by Matthew who has a good sense of humour ably assisted by Marc .
