Nick travelled to camber sands to help us celebrate a 50th Birthday. The meal he cooked for us, an 8 course tasting menu, was absolutely delicious the food was amazing and every course was beautiful. Nick was helpful in the run up to the event and let us tweak parts of the menu to suit our tastes etc. Nick ensured that the kitchen was spotless before he left and was polite and chatty the whole time he was with us! Would highly recommend and would definitely use Nick again in the future. Thanks Nick!

The team at First Choice were great - the food was beautifully presented and tasted good (the desserts in particular were delicious!), and the chef was really friendly and a good laugh. Would definitely recommend!
