I recently booked this company to take my daughter to her Year 11 prom, and the entire experience was truly faultless. From the initial booking to the moment she arrived at the venue, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth and genuine care. Our driver, Adam, was fantastic. He arrived on time, looking smart and professional, and was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout. He instantly put my daughter at ease, chatting with her in such a kind and respectful way. The car itself was immaculate and made a real impression. Stylish, spotless and perfect for such a special night. Adam was more than happy to give us time for plenty of photos before they left. Adam was so accommodating and patient, making sure we had time to capture those special memories. It was clear that Adam genuinely cared about making the experience memorable, and I could not have asked for better. I felt completely reassured knowing my daughter was in such safe and thoughtful hands. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent service and would recommend this company, and especially Adam, without hesitation to anyone looking for something reliable, polished and personal for a special occasion.

Booking through Poptop was a simple and stress-free process. We were able to find the perfect car and be in touch with the hiring company - Grand Luxury Chauffeurs - to ask any questions. Grand Luxury Chauffeurs had amazing customer service for us; they answered all of our questions - very quickly, were flexible with arrival times until we could finally confirm a time and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The car itself was perfect. My daughter and her five friends travelled to their prom in elegant luxury. A special mention and thank you must go to their chauffeur for the day - Izazur Choudhury - who arrived early, waited patiently for the girls to be ready, helped them with photos outside of the car and was the perfect chauffeur to the venue. I can’t recommend Poptop and Grand Luxury Chauffeurs enough, and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Hired for a junior prom collection. Driver was early and great with the kids. The only negative I have is there were no drinks supplied. When I got a phonecall confirming details a few days before, I requested sugar free drinks onboard as we had 2 diabetic children. They told me they supply a grape juice but would ensure diet was available. There were still no drinks on board though
