Superb caterer - food was delicious, lots of variety and the staff were super friendly and efficient. Communication through the whole process was great and our team couldn’t stop raving about it for days after. Will most definitely use again and be visiting their locations in person. Highly recommended!

There was a problem with an incorrect timeslot that had been allocated for this, which meant we were all waiting around all afternoon for the afternoon tea to arrive after taking the day off work; only to find it had been booked in for 7pm? There was no check made on this, and it was only when I contacted FAB directly to find out how long it would be did it get sorted (they rushed through and it arrived at 5:15pm but we were working at 6pm)....not FABs fault but definitely timeslots should be checked especially with a large booking.

I ordered 2 afternoon tea boxes for Mother’s Day gifts and both were very well received. They were beautifully presented with a personal message and the scones, fudge and brownies were delicious! Would definitely recommend for that little something different for any occasion.

The Afternoon tea was delicious 😊 it was just disappointing that it arrived late in the day when I had paid for it to be delivered in the morning.

I booked a birthday lunch. Nick was brilliant with responding my messages and clarifying everything with the delivery. Food was delivered safely (taking the virus situation into consideration), all the instructions how to reheat my food was there and clear.
Food itself I don’t have words to describe how wonderful and tasty it was. It was a surprise lunch for my husband and he utterly enjoyed himself having 3 corse meal a restaurant level at our home! If I could give 10 stars I would! I also like the idea that Nick is using home-grown vegetables. Recommending to everyone! This will be not my last time ordering food from Food by Hope.
