I recently booked this company to take my daughter to her Year 11 prom, and the entire experience was truly faultless. From the initial booking to the moment she arrived at the venue, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth and genuine care. Our driver, Adam, was fantastic. He arrived on time, looking smart and professional, and was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout. He instantly put my daughter at ease, chatting with her in such a kind and respectful way. The car itself was immaculate and made a real impression. Stylish, spotless and perfect for such a special night. Adam was more than happy to give us time for plenty of photos before they left. Adam was so accommodating and patient, making sure we had time to capture those special memories. It was clear that Adam genuinely cared about making the experience memorable, and I could not have asked for better. I felt completely reassured knowing my daughter was in such safe and thoughtful hands. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent service and would recommend this company, and especially Adam, without hesitation to anyone looking for something reliable, polished and personal for a special occasion.

Excellent service from the first inquiry to the end of the booking - cannot rate Ken’s customer service highly enough. Booked for a school prom, and this beautiful car and well-delivered service really got the whole event off to a great start. Ken is thorough, punctual and attentive; very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its history, and the perfect gentleman in the role of chauffeur.
