Our chef, Richie, was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and nothing was too much! He arrived on time, set up outside, whipped up a delicious vegan paella, alongside some amazing focaccia and the best vegan aoili I've ever had, followed by vegan brownies with fresh fruit and cream. Paul and Charlotte were amazing! They were great with communication, on time and lovely. The food truck was exquisite and the food was exceptional, it was gourmet! The portion sizes were generous and all our guests raved about the food! Paul and Charlotte were amazingly accommodating to our dairy free guests and sorted out food for them.
