We had a fantastic day Nigel arrived nice and early we were all made to feel really special . Nigel was very professional the car was amazing absolutely beautiful decorated with lovely ribbons of my choice . Nothing was too much trouble Nigel provided complimentary bubbly for a journey to the venue . Additional personalised number plate for myself and hubby to keep . Wonderful guy so glad i chose Nigel and hes limo to make mine and bridal team day complete . Memories we will all remember and cherish forever. Thank you so much would definitely recommend . Great experience with the company and Talvin who I communicated with, he was very helpful with questions etc. and the evening planning. From start to finish everything was very smooth and on point, from messages back and forth with Talvin from the company, getting updates up to the day, no stress or hassle in any way. On the day itself for my son's prom, the driver Dillon arrived exactly on time for 5PM as requested and promised. He was very friendly and courteous, and had a good, calm and relaxed demeanour, was always helpful with any requests and with ideas for keeping my son and his friends occupied, and entertained with the journey to the prom, they had a black, smart and shiny mercedes people carrier with entertainment etc. Inside. My son and his friends arrived smoothly and the drop off at the school was perfect, no hitches or delays, problems whatsoever. I genuinely recommend them for a vehicle hire experience if needed for anyone on the fence and considering wether to use them, and I will be personally using them in the future for any events as and when needed for myself. Top marks to bug baller bus. Thanks Paul

Was such an amazing experience, the bride was blown over with such a fantastic pink hummer, had balloons and a big bottle of champagne 🍾. The driver was so accommodating to us all, gave us all a wonderful experience, he gave me a phone call when he was on his way then a text when he was outside.. 5* service. Will be using this service again. Was soo happy.
