From the moment i booked Ed his communication was amazing. He ran through everything and gave me the option to change the desert because of an allergy. Ed arrived in plenty of time and made my partners birthday just perfect. He explained everything he had cooked and served the food with beautiful presentation. Easy to talk with and nothing was made awkward. This was mine and my partners first private chef experience and i would recommend to anyone. Ed’s food was like nothing we have tasted before. A wonderful meal! We booked with Chef Pat for a New Years Eve dinner for 14 people and the experience could not have been better. We also opted for canapes which was no issue for Pat. Excellent food - I recommend the beef fillet. Stellar service and good communication throughout. I would highly recommend Chef Pat and would gladly use him again. Thank you Pat for a fabulous NYE!

Charlie was a great communicator in the lead up to our night and v responsive - he replied to messages promptly and worked out every detail in advance. On the night he was really easy going, he sorted everything with minimal fuss and moved discretely around our event - it took hardly any input from me at all.
