The event ran smoothly and service on the day was perfect, arrival was punctual and everything went smoothly. On the day only issue was lack of a menu on the bar (which advert suggested would be provided) There was limited-to-no support in preparing the menu, which is not what was suggested in the advert. Basically we said what we thought we wanted and they said "ok". Shopping list of ingredients was far too late (and I had to send 4 reminders to get it) and communication was very poor between booking and around 5 days before event - had to ask PopTop to intervene to get that communication.

Glad I booked Cocktail Time for my event! Spoke with David was a pleasure to talk to. Was professional and easy going. He really helped and made things easy for me when it came to buying ingredients and stuff. The day of the event. David arrived got straight to it Preparing his station. The main thing I liked is that he was easy going and was getting in involved and entertaining my guests! They left praising David for his work and we still get calls talking about the cocktails. I would definitely 100% book David and his team again for all our events. As I feel they help so much and do what they do best. Definitely recommended.
