My usual bartender had a mishap and cancelled last minute. I was left scrambling for bartending options on Christmas Day for 21st bday celebration on 27 Dec Baldo was quick to respond on a short request and was extremely efficient in finalizing all details. Even though he had an emergency on the day of the event, he sent in his colleague Andreina who was extremely professional and lovely! All in all my daughter and her friends had a blast - thank you

2 out of the three staff were late, and this kind of disrupted everything further down the line. One of the waitresses asked if she can drink on the job, which is a huge reflection, I spoke with Mark of Active8 but then received no further communication from him as to what transpired with respect to the short comings of the staff. One young man Gbenga was super impressive and worked amazingly apart from him I would say the service fell monumentally short of expectations...

I highly recommend SA Events, who provided a fantastic service for my wedding and really went above and beyond our expectations.
Richard's team arrived 40 minutes early in order to familiarise themselves with the venue and got to work before they had officially 'clocked on'; you can tell that they really do care about ensuring you have a hassle-free evening and will get stuck in and help with anything you ask them to. I'm quite a hands on person myself (and forgot I was supposed to do a few things prior to the wedding), and whilst sorting those things out had Richard coming over and offering to help, which I greatly appreciated as it wasn't in the service we had requested. The team looked smart and well-presented, and were polite and courteous at all times.
This really was a flawless service, and I would hire SA Events again for any event I was planning in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all your help.
