Home-made, wood-fired pizza, made by a small, family-owned business, using top quality, fresh ingredients. Our pizza dough contains 5 simple ingredients: a little wholegrain stoneground flour, white flour, water, yeast and salt. We prove our dough between 36 and 48 hours to obtain a crispy, easy-to-digest pizza.
