This delicious BBQ-style buffet is the perfect addition to your next special event complete with Aberdeenshire burgers and Jumbo Bratwurst hot dogs that you and your guests are sure to enjoy. Each dish is handcrafted using seasonal ingredients and served fresh off the grill. I set up my smoker BBQ in my client's back garden or their chosen space. Then I start cooking the meats while setting up the salads and disposable plates and cutlery.
