Silvestre has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning, always responsive and happy to help, answering any questions I had. On the evening itself he was so professional but friendly and very unobtrusively prepared and cooked our delicious meal. We booked Silvestre for a meal for my parents 80th birthdays and they loved it from start to finish, thank you.

Booking process: The booking process was very efficient and Ed was responsive, organised and open to any changes on the menu. Dinner evening: From the moment Ed arrived (early)! everything went perfectly. Ed had some great stories (especially how he got into cooking in the first place) and was very accommodative (as we had baby’s we needed to get to sleep). Then came the food and quite simply, it was spectacular. Extremely tasty, well presented and well explained through each course. Ed also suggested a wine pairing which was a lovely touch and added depth / flavour to each dish. Overall I couldn’t recommend more. So much so, the Air BnB host is now adding him to the suggested itinerary for the place we were staying. Thank you Ed, we’ll see you again soon.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Food was awesome, nothing was too much trouble. How they did what they did we do not know but we were super impressed. 9 different immaculately presented dishes over 3 courses for 10 people without breaking a sweat. They helped make our dinner party such a memorable wonderful occasion. So friendly, relaxed, easy going and self sufficient. Laura kept our wine glasses topped up and they even supplied complimentary canapés and desert wine to say happy birthday. It was a joy to have them in our home. If you are looking to hire a private chef you won’t go wrong hiring these guys. FYI the best scallop risotto we ever tasted!!!!!!
