So happy we booked these guys for our wedding, they were on top of everything all day so we had no worries and our guests were well looked after. They were super efficient and just got things done, as well as being so friendly. I would absolutely recommend them. Communication in the lead up to the wedding has also been brilliant. Booked for Celebration

We booked two servers through PopTop for an evening wedding reception (50 guests) at home, 31/08/24. They were brilliant from start to finish! Both arrived promptly and got into their work immediately, clearly very experienced. The gentleman (Soma) set up a bar area quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, helpful and courteous , welcoming the guests with a smile and a drink, clearing up, replenishing drinks and ice promptly. The lady (Nilufa) plated the buffet food, presenting everything beautifully from the fridge to the table, ensuring everything required was there for the guests. She was very vigilant for example she reacted immediately when a guest dropped a couple of wine glasses, promptly sweeping up. She worked the room checking everyone had what they wanted, and was also extremely tidy and conscientious. When they left the waste was bagged, and recycling separated and in the recycling bins. I can’t rate them both too highly and they contributed to the success of the party.. I was really impressed with the whole service provided, 10/10!

Booked for Wedding

I honestly could not recommend this company highly enough. We booked Michael and his team just to be an extra few pairs of hands at our mostly DIY wedding reception. We needed someone to set up the welcome drinks and nibbles, and also didn’t want the guests to have to worry about clearing their own plates or washing up glasses if we ran out. I was so anxious about staff not turning up, being late or just not doing a good job but I needn’t have worried! What Michael and his staff provided was just above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We were the first to arrive at the reception and everything had been prepared and laid out exactly how we had hoped. The team were there to welcome the guests with a smile and a perfectly made Pimms! For the rest of the night, the team did all of the tasks we had asked, plus they set up a makeshift bar and served the guests drinks including cocktails. They were all so friendly, polite and hard-working. We never saw them sitting down/looking at their phones. We even had to encourage them to have a break and have food! They worked right up until their finishing time and left their area spotlessly clean and tidy. So many guests commented on how great they were and I cannot imagine how the event would have gone without them. Thank you!

I highly recommend SA Events, who provided a fantastic service for my wedding and really went above and beyond our expectations. Richard's team arrived 40 minutes early in order to familiarise themselves with the venue and got to work before they had officially 'clocked on'; you can tell that they really do care about ensuring you have a hassle-free evening and will get stuck in and help with anything you ask them to. I'm quite a hands on person myself (and forgot I was supposed to do a few things prior to the wedding), and whilst sorting those things out had Richard coming over and offering to help, which I greatly appreciated as it wasn't in the service we had requested. The team looked smart and well-presented, and were polite and courteous at all times. This really was a flawless service, and I would hire SA Events again for any event I was planning in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all your help.
