We are looking for a number of suppliers for our wedding this October. The reception will be held on the farm that we live on, with a sit down meal in a tent and evening entertainment in an outbuilding. The reception will start from 1pm on 15th October 2016. Children's entertainer to entertain around 15 children ages from 2-8 years old. From 2pm-4pm
The event is called Sleep Out and its a Fundraising event for Llamau, a Welsh homelessness charity. There are about 250 people attending the event where they will sleep outside for the night to raise money for homeless people in Wales. It's at Cardiff City Football Stadium. The event starts at 7pm but there will be various entertainment before people sleep outside. The band will finish playing and we would then like to have a silent disco. Usually we use our own equipment but we only have 30 headsets and this year a lot more people have signed up to do the event.

We're holding fundraising fun day on Sat 6th August. Unfortunately our PA/Music provider has cancelled, I realise it's short notice but we're looking for someone to cover the event. It's a public event and we get hundreds of people attending.
Celebration in Cardiff!

We are only in the early stages of planning, but are looking into putting on a small event in summer 2017. The event will have live music all day from 12:00 until about 16:00, and catering services etc. until about 18pm.
I'm providing a marquee for a clients wedding on the 1st July in Fishguard and require a 40kva generator, distribution,
possibly some lighting and possibly a dancefloor and possibly a heater.
Also might need DJ - Dependant on clients preference
The team at essential sounds were fantasty from day 1: from determining the requirements to collecting the equipment they were very professional and supportive. I constantly felt that they were working with me and genuinely wanted my conference to be as smooth as possible.
We were so unhappy last year, we booked the disco and they turned up with equipment that was similar to my home stereo, there was no real music selection.It was my fault for opting for the cheaper disco. This year I hired your disco instead and what a difference, the dj was fantastic, with 300 guests, there was only one tune you didnt have and you managed to get that one before the end of the night. We paid a little more than we did last year but we got so much more, a helpful and friendly dj thats a credit to your team well done !!!
