We were looking for something hearty for breakfast for the morning after my mum's wedding and wow did we find it! Charlie and his sister (I am so sorry, I can't remember her name) battled against the wind to serve the most amazing breakfast burgers. We had a number of Americans in our party who were suitably impressed too. Charlie's responsiveness and understanding of what it was we were after were second to none. We can't recommend them highly enough - outstanding food, excellent service. Five stars doesn't seem enough - thank you both.

This was a great experience! I booked at short notice but John at Fine Street delivered a brilliant pizza service despite the pouring rain with plenty of options and really great comms, my mum whose birthday it was was thrilled and the pizza got rave reviews. Mazhar was excellent. Arrived on time and very polite. Pizza’s were excellent! Although I had pre ordered a selection of different toppings, he was super flexible and allowed guests to mix and match their toppings. Catered to vegans and gluten free and ensured they were served up first to avoid any issues. Overall a great experience and would definitely use again.

Rob and the team were fantastic! We set them the challenge of serving a 3 course sit-down dinner (including tea and coffees) for just under 100 people at a venue with no kitchen! Between us we came up with a menu that was a bit more exotic to your average wedding breakfast but also meant they didn’t have to hire too much equipment; having the converted horse box really helped with that too. We got all the orders in advance and made sure everyone knew what they had ordered on their place-name cards, and Rob knew the seating plan, ready for them to do their thing. With 10-seater tables having 5 serving staff worked really well; they were so quick at getting the food out, better than some of the poshest hotel-based weddings I’ve been too! And obviously the food was amazing! The home made mini mint-chocolate with the teas and coffees was an extra special touch as well. All our guests were raving about the food and how tasty it was, and impressed that it all came out of the little box parked out at the front! It looked and tasted amazing, I just wish I hadn’t chosen a corset-backed dress so I could squeeze more food in! In the end we really felt we had managed to get the best of both worlds: the traditional sit-down wedding breakfast but with some really interesting and tasty food, and we couldn’t have done it without The Pallet Box’s willingness to take on such a challenge!
