Freshly made paninis based on our famous pizza dough are made from a Neapolitan and Sicilian recipe. All ingredients we use are fresh and brought from Italy. The paninis are baked in a wood-fired oven and served individually or buffet-style. They are accompanied by freshly cooked fries.

We are a family-run business and everything we produce comes from the heart. We built our trailer together as a family and we plan to travel from event to event together as a family. We also want to show the world how amazing our paninis can be.
