Our dough is fermented slowly, resulting in a light and airy texture. The dough is hand-stretched, topped with the finest ingredients and then stone-baked at 450°c under a roaring flame. With over a year of delivering exceptional pizzas and receiving nothing but positive feedback, we are confident in our ability to provide the best service.

I have been a professional chef for 15 years with a passion for great pizza. I’ve traveled to Italy and New York and tried some of the best pizzas. I have been working on developing the perfect dough and experimented with flavours using the best ingredients whilst taking inspiration from my travels.
