About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

Wow!, The service so much passed my expectations. David and his crew were awesome. They were all super friendly and attentive. The bar looked great. I had them for the 2 main days of my birthday , named bobfest, and there was a theme of skulls running through so I was so pleased when they embraced that theme too. We had a fantastic evening, for my partner's 70th birthday. The food was outstanding (we did the tapas evening). Laur and Ryan did a wonderful job, and were so friendly and helpful. The table looked spectacular, and all the guests absolutely loved both the food and the atomosphere.

I would highly recommend Richie’s paella. He was extremely helpful throughout the process (including letting me know I’d over paid him & refunding me immediately!) He did a party for 55 people & we had so many comments from guests about how good the food was. He plated up the leftovers so that nothing went to waste. Would definitely use him again

Our chef, Richie, was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and nothing was too much! He arrived on time, set up outside, whipped up a delicious vegan paella, alongside some amazing focaccia and the best vegan aoili I've ever had, followed by vegan brownies with fresh fruit and cream.
