The website from Poptops was super easy to use. Lantana Events supplied our teepee and Sarah and her team were brilliant. They followed up, discussed all the specifics and from then until the collection it was so smooth, friendly and professional. Our daughter’s party went off perfectly. Excellent service from Andy. Great communication and prompt delivery and take-down. The bell tent was brilliant and came with garland, bunting and battery powered fairy lights. Perfect for an extra special garden party.
My only feedback for poptop would be to confirm a few more details before asking for the balance to be paid, as it wasn't 100% clear what was included or when the pick-up would be. That was fine when paying the deposit by I would prefer to know the details before paying the rest.

Absolutely fantastic, we hired the tent for the weekend for my son’s 18th birthday celebrations. Would certainly recommend for small gatherings irrespective of any lockdown restrictions! Great service throughout, thank you !

We ordered the ‘2-4 bell tent sleepover party’ for my partners lockdown birthday and it was unforgettable to say the least. Sarah was really easy to deal with and the set up was seamless. The tent looked amazing and even in winter, with 2 small heaters was warm and cosy. The aesthetic was great and a welcome change to a bleak lockdown winter. I couldn’t recommend Lantana events enough and will be looking again for a summer rental.

Excellent quality tent and customer service. Heidi really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The fact that we didn’t have to worry about putting it up or taking it down really took the stress out of the event. Will definitely use again and would recommend The Bell Tent Co
