Rares was absolutely amazing from start to finish. His communication from the point of booking was very quick and he gave us a full list of ingredients we needed for the cocktails. He also designed a cocktail menu for the night and nothing was too much trouble. On the day Rares was brilliant, not only making delicious cocktails but also serving our guests and ensuring everyone was not without a drink. We and our friends didn't want the night to end nor the cocktails! and Rares was more than happy to stay longer than we booked for initially. He is clearly an experienced mixologist and we will definitely be asking him back again! Thank you!!

Richard and his team were worth their weight in gold! They worked incredibly hard all day to ensure the day went off without a hitch. They were very professional but still so friendly and personable and did absolutely everything they could to give us a perfect wedding day. Fernando was very attentive and responsive. He was on time (even earlier) and built everything quite fast and also gave me ideas on where would fit and look better the bar. The Bartender Juan was amazing, everybody loved him! Very friendly and made amazing drinks! I couldn't recommend them more!!
