Our decision to chose Richie to cater my 50th birthday party was the best decision we made! He was super helpful, organised, flexible and calm despite the appalling weather forecast. The paella was absolutely perfect and catered to all dietary requirements. Our guests commented on the quality of the food and the generous portions and also what a nice guy Richie was! The Palate Box catered our wedding at Gwrych Castle last month and I can’t praise them enough! Everyone was spoilt for choice and we had so many comments about the quality of the food. There were some problems with the power supply from the castle but Rob handled it so professionally and made sure that everyone had plenty to eat. Great food and great service! Absolutely brilliant, I would highly recommend. Thanks again for helping to make our day amazing!
