Bar staff were excellent - arrived on time, friendly, helpful, knew their trade, cleaned up as they worked, guests loved them. (10/10) RubyLemon admin. staff extremely nice and reassuring, I do think they should be more pro-active in their communication and communicate with all the relevant details at least a week before event - minimum info required, Bar staff names, contact number, confirm timings, staff experience. We have a party most years and in the past used a company in Brighton that are no longer offering this service so being new to using Poptop and RubyLemon I was worried having paid all the money to then hear nothing and have to chase for the details above. The staff were reassuring and really nice when I phoned but a lot of the time there was no answer to emails and noone answering the phone and calling back. It did turn out all fine in the end but when organising a big party it is one worry you don't need. The bar staff advised they only got the request to do the job on the Wed before the party which to my mind was a bit late in the day and is obviously why there was a lack of information being given. (7/10 - purely due to lack of communication and the worry caused and work I had to put into chasing them etc) Finally I would use both yourselves and RubyLemon again.

Richard and his team were worth their weight in gold! They worked incredibly hard all day to ensure the day went off without a hitch. They were very professional but still so friendly and personable and did absolutely everything they could to give us a perfect wedding day. Their services were above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you once again. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Chris was absolutely amazing. From the advice, as I’ve never had a bartender before, to choosing the Harry Potter style cocktails, which all hit, especially amaretto sour.
He was so entertaining, chatted to the guests was busy and worked from start to finish and even stayed extra. Keep the party going.
Tidied up afterwards for his own bar section. He was amazing and everyone said so.
Absolutely made the party. Amazing pictures worked with dry ice at my request and just kept everybody topped up and smiling.

Fernando and his team are truly exceptional!
His professionalism and flexibility made the whole process so much better and gave us confidence that the bartending service for our wedding was in good hands!
The bar setup was sensational! Everyone loved it and could not stop going back and grabbing the amazing cocktails they had prepared, or requesting tailor made cocktails that they were more than happy to make.
I would highly recommend they’re services and I’ll definitely be using them again for further events!

The bartender that arrived were amazing!! They got on with all the guest and we’re very professional even when the bar got busy at times. They even helped us clean up after the party with was very much appreciated. However the vendor kings catering could do with some important on their communication skills with customers. Most of the times I’d not get reposes back from them till the next day or till I message with a follow up. Overall I’d give them a 3/5 , I’d give the bartenders 5/5.
