Communication to be fair, I can’t really fault. They rang me 2 hrs prior to confirm the postcode as the hotel that they were collecting from had 3 postcodes in London.
Unfortunately the Limo was 20 minutes late arriving due to traffic, but did add the time on to the end. Luckily the theatre was delayed by a short while.
The limousine overall was beautiful, very clean and a fantastic experience.
Price for the hour was just short of £400, which in my eyes was a little expensive, but you are paying London prices and for the experience.
The chauffeur was a foreigner, but was very well mannered and very well dressed.
Would I use the company again? Yer I would, subject to the event.

Unfortunately the car I booked was unavailable due to it awaiting a part. The company contacted me and offered me another car at discount. The communication was excellent and the lads were happy when the car arrived.
The car arrived early, chauffeur was very friendly & the lads were very happy.
Would highly recommend.
