Wow!!!
What can I say? Looking through PopTop for a car for my son's prom and instantly this car stood out. Checking and reading the reviews I just knew that this car was going to be a highlight of his evening and thank you Phil. You did not disappoint. Communication was quick and easy, nothing seemed like it was too much bother. On the day of the prom,Phil had text to make sure all was still okay and later on confirmed that he was on his way. Oh my God, when he pulled up. My son's face was absolutely beaming. The car was stunning. The pictures are amazing but seeing this car up close was something else. Again, nothing seemed too much bother and we were able to get pictures of this incredible car and my son. Then it was time to go. I did ask Phil to rev the engine a little bit and oh he did. What a sound coming from the engine. At that time I felt a bit like Jeremy Clarkson. Overall, I would definitely recommend without hesitation. If you want to arrive anywhere in style and turn people's heads, then this is the car you want.

I just can't fault any of the service.
The booking process was easy and relaxed, confirmations came frequently and put my mind at rest.
Raj arrived a few minutes early and the car was in perfect confition...
We both waited patiently for the bride who was a few minutes late, no shock there...
How he got to the church before I did, I have no idea, but we were there in plenty of time for her to get organised and settled before entering the church.
Even when nosey neighbours came out to see what was going on, Raj was polite and accommodating regarding the car.
Answering questions and letting them briefly sit in the front seat.
All in all, a most professional service and I have no reservations in recommending these guys.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
I was a little cautious booking my daughters prom car on Poptop as I had never used the website before. LUX Hire quickly put my mind rest.
The communication was great from start to finish. They responded to messages straight away and were happy to accommodate some small changes to the schedule.
On the day, they were on time and the driver Andrew, was amazing. My daughter could not speak more highly of him.
On time, polite and professional. The Mercedes was immaculate.
I would Highly recommend Lux Hire and would definitely book again.

Fantastic service from start to finish everyone enjoyed the drinks and music. Although the bus was dealing with maintenance issues steve kept in touch and provided the news he recieved as soon as possible through email or phone call.
