Elvis always replied to my mails and messages promptly and curtiously.
His service was very quick putting up and taking down.
Elvis was polite, professional and friendly.
I had no issues with the service at all.
Unfortunately the day we chose to hold our party the recent lovely weather came to an end and rained most of the day.
But we was kept dry by all staying inside the Marquee.
This of course made everything rather damp, although no rain came in, the ground became so wet underneath the flooring it soaked through to the carpet.
It was not practical for the children to play on the flooring we had as an extra as they took became soaked.
But apart from this our party was a success. The Marquee kept the rain at bay and allowed us all to enjoy the day.

And I have no problem recommending his service.

Service was really good my only negative was it was abit expensive for the size I received and had no floor Mat which featured on the advert.

Service was great from start to finish! Max set up the tent pretty fast in a professional & friendly manner . This was my daughter's 21st... she was beyond pleased...had a fabulous time with her friends.
The fairy lights, scatter cushions, rugs, potted plants & log fire (both artifical) were a lovely extra touch and gave the tent s great ambience! Would def hire again!

Wow. I was so happy with the tent. We hired a 4m for our sons birthday party. Jungle theme. It was amazing the little touches make it that extra bit special. Heidi was lovely would highly recommend.
