Excellent service from Andy. Great communication and prompt delivery and take-down. The bell tent was brilliant and came with garland, bunting and battery powered fairy lights. Perfect for an extra special garden party. My only feedback for poptop would be to confirm a few more details before asking for the balance to be paid, as it wasn't 100% clear what was included or when the pick-up would be. That was fine when paying the deposit by I would prefer to know the details before paying the rest.

Great communication, Andy answered all of my questions before and after booking, he messaged a few days before my event date to confirm set up time and again the day after my event to confirm collection time. Am amazing tent! Stephanie and her team did a fantastic job in decorating the tent both inside an out. It rained the whole night long but as Stephanie promised, it wouldn't dampen the mood of the party and she was right! Felt very cosy inside and the sound of the rain just added to the ambience.. Communication improved after the initial hiccup of not receiving any emails. The girls had the best time Thankyou!
