Absolutely brilliant, I highly recommend Alex. I loved that he took all the stress out of the organisation, he tailored a menu to suit my budget and his ideas were perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, even nicer than I had expected, everyone loved it and was really impressed. I'll definitely hope to use Alex again in future and would recommend him to anyone. "Tim arrived the day before the event to set up and ensure that everything was to my plannkng. He has been absolutely amazing! His food is indeed amazing grazing! We had so many comments about his food being ""the best wedding food I have ever had"" , ""the best vegan food I have had in a long time"" , ""the pea falafal was to die for"" , ""unbelievable food! Super tasty and extremely Morish"" . Tim made all food gluten free and provided many many vegan dishes as well as meat options. His friendlies and dedication to his food was outstanding ! And we could not fault the company at all! His passion for food and what he does was really infectious and listening to his dedication to cooking inspired us immensely. We knew that he was the man for us from day one!. Tim is truly a fantastic chef and him and his team worked tirelessly to create fresh food all day long. There was not a single complaint from anyone and will be passing on his details to as many people as we can! Would 10000 % use again! Pea falafal !!!!! A must try seriously! Even the carnivores could not get enough!"
