I have never used Poprop or Apex before but I am so glad I did. The whole experience from start to finish was so fantastic and the service was so easy to use and follow. The guys at Apex were simply put, brilliant. It was my son's prom night and we wanted to book him a car to take 2 friends in style. We found Apex and requested the Mercedes S-Class. Unusually for other companies in this sector, Fahim, responded immediately and was helpful from the start. They accommodated my timing changes, requests for what was a small journey and did everything perfectly. They went above and beyond and as a surprise when the car arrived it was an immaculate Rolls Royce. My son and his friends had an unforgettable experience and for one night felt like rockstars which was all down to the amazing service delivered by Fahim and his brother, thank you both. I wouldn't hesitate to use the again for other events and services and I just wish I knew about them sooner for previous events. Excellent company, excellent service and an excellent car - thank you.

Booked for Birthday party

Communication to be fair, I can’t really fault. They rang me 2 hrs prior to confirm the postcode as the hotel that they were collecting from had 3 postcodes in London. Unfortunately the Limo was 20 minutes late arriving due to traffic, but did add the time on to the end. Luckily the theatre was delayed by a short while. The limousine overall was beautiful, very clean and a fantastic experience. Price for the hour was just short of £400, which in my eyes was a little expensive, but you are paying London prices and for the experience. The chauffeur was a foreigner, but was very well mannered and very well dressed. Would I use the company again? Yer I would, subject to the event.

Jane was very professional, helpful and patient with us. We had quite a few locations on our itenery and she helped us stay within good time of our overall day schedule despite our initial lateness. She was great to communicate with ahead of the big day and a genuinely great Person to have calm our nerves on the day. The car was perfect with water provided and high boutique interior. I was surprised at how amazing it looked and will definitely be using again for our next celebrations.
