I hired Seb to cater the evening reception at my wedding and I could not be happier with how everything went. Our dough is made from Caputo flour and we use San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce.

About supplier

We only use the finest Caputo flour, yeast, salt, and water to make our 12” dough bases — just like they do in Napoli. Then we hand stretch them to create a thin base and chewy bubbly crust. Don’t expect them to be perfectly round though, each of our bases has individual character!
