Fantastic service from start to finish. They communicated really well and were very responsive and accommodating to my requests. On the day, the team putting up the gazebo were fantastic and really friendly. Same for when they took it down - all super easy and wonderful to work with.

Elvis always replied to my mails and messages promptly and curtiously.
His service was very quick putting up and taking down.
Elvis was polite, professional and friendly.
I had no issues with the service at all.
Unfortunately the day we chose to hold our party the recent lovely weather came to an end and rained most of the day.
But we was kept dry by all staying inside the Marquee.
This of course made everything rather damp, although no rain came in, the ground became so wet underneath the flooring it soaked through to the carpet.
It was not practical for the children to play on the flooring we had as an extra as they took became soaked.
But apart from this our party was a success. The Marquee kept the rain at bay and allowed us all to enjoy the day.
Many thanks to Elvis and his team.
And I have no problem recommending his service.

The standard of the Marquee was pretty much as I expected it to be. It was well used, but there were no issues at all with it. it met our needs perfectly.
The Build team arrived on the Friday (Our event was on a Saturday) at about 17:15 so within the pre-agreed scheduled window (14:00 to 18:00).
There were 3 of them, they were a cheerful and polite team, and did a decent and quick job of erecting the Marquee (Probs about 40 mins).
After the event, they arrived on the Sunday morning at about 08:40 ( I was not sure what time to expect them), and 40 mins later, it was gone, and you'd never know it had been there.
I experienced quick responses, providing information to my satisfaction, when dealing with the folks from the Office beforehand.
All in all, for us, a positive experience.

Nothing but positive comments for this company! Great communication, Andy answered all of my questions before and after booking, he messaged a few days before my event date to confirm set up time and again the day after my event to confirm collection time. Helpful, friendly, and hassle free.
The tent itself looked amazing and was fab for a lockdown birthday celebration. Thanks again!
