We hired serving staff for our wedding reception, at first the communication was great however I asked on multiple occasions if I could get proof of their public liability insurance as requested by the wedding venue, it took a while to get it as the person whose normally in charge of this was on holiday which we understood but could have been communicated better as we kept getting told that we would receive it. On the day of the wedding, we were really pleased with the quality of service. Other than slight issues on communications, the service provided was great

On time, incredibly resourceful (I didn't have any serving trays so they went to a restaurant next door and managed to borrow a couplefor the evening), professional yet still warm and friendly. Couldn't recommend Jamie and Simone more!

Helen was amazing and worth every penny. She was so lovely and thoughtful and fitted right in. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely ask for her again.
Ruby lemon were lucky to get the booking as appalling at responding to questions pre booking and kept asking to ring us but then never did. I booked on credit card as we were desperate and thought I will get the money back anyway. Apart from demanding their invoices being paid they were slow and poor at responding even after booking. They asked for payment up front. If Ruby Lemon sorted out their communication it would have been overall an amazing experience.
