Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. Hired hot tub for lockdown birthday and absolutely loved it! The customer service was fantastic and the owner who delivered the hot tub was lovely and friendly! Set it up very quick and very helpful. The hot tub was amazing; had a fab weekend and would recommend this company to anyone!

Efficient and helpful installation and removal of hot tub. Hot tub itself was exactly what we wanted, clean, fully functional and spacious enough for two adults and two children to play. Very happy, would recommend to friends and use again in the future.

Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will obviously let the water out everywhere, but if you're ok with that, then this is a great idea. I'd recommend it to everyone.
