I hired a 6m x 8m marquee for my son’s 18th birthday party, and I have to say, I was not disappointed!
Marvin and his team were incredibly helpful from the very start. I had so many questions about what I would need and how many people it could accommodate, and Marvin always responded quickly with clear, friendly advice.
On the day of setup, the team were fantastic. They not only put everything up efficiently but also cleaned the marquee thoroughly with great attention to detail.
The whole experience was stress-free thanks to them, and I would definitely recommend their services for any event

Excellent service. Get my tent, table and chair set up nicely before my party. The additional light and heat that I added helped as it rained on the evening of my party. All guests were warm and feeling cosy until they left around 10.30 pm.
Paul is an excellent communicator. Kept me updated about the set-up before and after the party dismantle. A great help when you have questions about things you need for your party.
And finally, the team members are so friendly and great at their work. Be clear about all operating instructions for the equipment.
I certainly recommend their service and will continue to use them in the future. Well done, and great job, Parties Complete!

I ordered a 7ft bell tent for a party from Poles Apart and was SO pleased with the result! Rob was so helpful when I was booking the tent, friendly and helpful when setting up and the tent itself was stunning! So much effort went in to making the tent look perfect for the event with throws, cushions, tables, lanterns and loads more. Everyone was so impressed at my party. We will be booking for our next event and I would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Rob at Poles Apart was amazing from start to finish. We booked relatively last minute as the weather looked like it was going to be rainy - but they were really helpful in advance and on the day. The bell tent was great and beautifully decorated and they even put stickers on the roof to match our theme as well as other decorations and sweetly jars. We’ll use them again in a heartbeat.
