We couldn't be happier with Event Staffing Solutions. From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with.
Ime was very helpful in the booking process. He had a video call with us and discussed all the plans for the day and answered any questions we had (and even gave us some great suggestions!). He filled us with lots of confidence that the team would be able to support our needs.
On the day, the team arrived perfectly on time. They were all dressed smartly and were polite and professional. We had a team of waiters including Doris who was the event manager. They were very attentive when we gave them the tour and brief at the start of the day and asked really good questions. They were then excellent throughout the day and did everything that was asked.
Doris was very professional and was a great person to have leading the team. She was very easy to communicate with and filled us with lots of confidence and took away a huge amount of potential stress on our wedding day - it was a relief to have such a big part of the day well looked after.
The venue staff were also very impressed and positive with the team (Endeavour Woodland Weddings) and said they would be very happy to work with them again.
Overall a great experience and we highly recommend. Thanks!

A fantastic part of the event. Mike and Brianna produced some utterly delicious cocktails and kept them well topped up throughout the evening. Every single guest highlighted how much they enjoyed the cocktails and it really lovely having the non-alcoholic equivalents alongside. The portioning estimate was spot on for 300 guests and the shopping list provided was very clear. I would definitely approach this team again for future events.

The mixologist, Sam, who was sent was brilliant - he was professional, engaging and went above and beyond.
The only disconnect I would say is that it was clear it was an outsourcing model between PopTop, the company and then onto Sam, where in the process not all information was passed on effectively. Something that could be improved by Pop Top.

Unfortunately, I had to chase Ruby Lemon at the beginning of the event. The service was meant to start at 6pm sharp, and I only had one of the three staff we had hired, arrive about 4 minutes before service started. The other two waiting staff were late and I had to chase Ruby Lemon, they did not update me on their own accord. They offered nothing for this and I had to ask for a partial refund as one team member arrived just before 7pm. The team that were here were very professional and eager to help once working the job. However, I think because of the lack of transparency we would not use this company again.

POM Events were amazing - would 100% recommend. We hired them for a hen party and they were such good fun, made amazing cocktails, were super helpful leading up to the event and during, and even sorted music for us so we didn't have to worry about that. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you so much! If you're thinking of booking them then definitely do, couldn't have asked for more.

The cocktails were very good! Was very impressed that the mixologist found and arrived at my location on time despite having issues with her navigation device.
It was also great that the mixologist made 3 jugs of cocktails for us to enjoy after she left.
The only thing is the price for a very small gathering at my house was a little expensive but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

We also did more than 40,000 birthday parties. Probably, including your neighbour’s recent big bash.
