I would have given a 5 rating. As the food was amazing and staff were very helpful. All the guests were commenting on how great the food was. The only reason for the 4 was that the caterers were due to arrive at the Venue at 6pm. They were travelling from Manchester. Food was to be served at 8pm. However by 7pm there was no sign of the caterers nor any communication to say they were running late or as to why. I rang…

Rupert was amazing throughout, and the comms were prompt and clear. Most importantly the food was great, and there was plenty of it, so nothing but praise for Rupert and his team. My only constructive comment would be that despite explaining to his service team several times the different foods suitable for allergies, vegans etc..., the team forgot what they were, so it may be worth having a 'cheat sheet' ready for the serve…
