The party itself went well; however, there were several issues with the marquee that caused concern. The marquee leaked from the top, which became problematic during the event. Additionally, because the area consisted of a patio leading onto grass, there was a ledge that created a dip under the marquee flooring. This dip was hazardous, and several guests nearly tripped as a result.
Furthermore, the underlay provided was insufficient for the conditions. As the grass was wet, guests’ feet became wet and the ground softened, causing people to sink into the grass. This affected both comfort and safety throughout the event.

Overall great. The team that set up and took down were brilliant. However they left it close to the wire as event started at 7pm and they arrived to set up at 5pm! Were due at 1pm! However all worked out.

Customer service was absolutely fantastic and we were so grateful to have the tent set up a bit earlier for our surprise bridal shower, it gave us lots of time to decorate and get everything ready. Would definitely recommend, we had a fab time!
