We cant recommend Tom enough - from the minute we booked, throughout the build/up and then the event itself, Tom was unreal. A complete star.
Not only did he think about the experience for our guests but was also keen to keep the event as affordable as possible for us. His bar was lovely and he was super tidy and organised. Cocktails were absolutely delicious of course too!
Our event itself was made extra special because of Tom - thank you once again!

Fernando was very attentive and responsive. He was on time (even earlier) and built everything quite fast and also gave me ideas on where would fit and look better the bar.
The Bartender Juan was amazing, everybody loved him! Very friendly and made amazing drinks!
I couldn't recommend them more!! If you're looking for a great adding to your event, they are what you are looking for! 100000% Recommended and we will def use their services again.

Mike and his team were absolutely perfect, I don't think there's a single thing they could have done better. They were incredibly friendly, with our guests endlessly telling us how great they were, and they brought such a positive energy, while also reading the room perfectly to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, as we didn't want anything over-formal (although I have zero doubt that they could also provide that if required!). They were amazing from start to finish, despite it being a long day.
Mike's communication from our first enquiry until the very end of the event was fantastic, which is so reassuring when you're trying to organise a big event with so many moving parts, and they coped incredibly well with our perhaps over-zealous list of instructions for the day!
I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!!!

UK Bartenders provided an excellent team to support our annual formal function at relatively short notice. The team brilliantly hosted drinks in our reception, handing drinks to arriving guests and moving around the reception room to top-up drinks. Simultaneously, half the team placed the starters on the tables ready for the guests when we moved to the tables. Additional, they were able to cover for my mistake of not placing the wine on the table by supporting myself on getting them to tables and corks removed. The staff successfully used the table plans to ensure guests received correct meals to their dietary requirements which had only been introduced to them on the evening and they adapted perfectly to the challenge. Additionally, the team would go out their way to ensure the meal progressed to schedule, supporting the chefs and myself, to ensure plates and bowls were available to the chefs for plating as well as serving additional bottles of wine to the table when requested by the guests. Once the meal concluded the team were excellent by clearing the tables quietly (not to disturb speeches in the bar next door) and were finished prior to their allotted time.

We hired Kathryn and her team for a corporate function in Leeds. Communication was great. Easy to book and accommodating with last minute changes. They turned up 10 minutes early and helped us out in the kitchen as well and serving canapes for 100 guests. Would use again
