The site is quite useful in finding a supplier . The supplier for our event gave great customer service. Very responsive from start to finish. Did what they said and arrived when they said. Really happy to discuss any queries and very accommodating explaining best options. Quick but thorough workmanship . The tent basically was the main event and gave my husband a really special birthday celebration :) We loved the fairy lights and the decorations. We did add floor matts and pillows as sitting on the group was quite cold. We loved loved loved the electric fire! Only area of improvement would be to have a specific time for drop off and delivery. We were expecting mid day, although I was happy to get it longer, it coming at an unexpected time caused some logistical issues, especially as it was a surprise ;) Will likely consider getting it again
