Craig was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. We spoke for about 20 minutes a few weeks prior to the event to discuss pieces he was going to play. He was open to suggestions and ideas. When he played at my afternoon tea party, he was open to requests on the day and remained professional throughout the day. He went above and beyond for me and my guests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed having him play and he was an absolute pleasure and delight to have playing for us.
