Posh "Dirty Fries" - Loaded Cheesy Roasted Potatoes
A posh version of dirty fries, roasted new potatoes coated with mozzarella, loaded with options including 10hr low and slow pulled beef, veggie bean chili, meaty sloppy joe topped with traditionally grilled Raclette cheese. We arrive around an hour ahead of serving time to set up, we then offer at least 2hrs (dependent on numbers of guests) serving before packing up to leave you enjoying the rest of your evening.
