Right from the start, the service and attention to detail was second to none. Every contact with Phanthom was professional and polite in particular Jordan who made the whole experience an amazing one for my daughter and her friend on prom day. The car and driver were immaculate and certainly turned quite a few heads! We were all really impressed that's for sure. Adding the celebration plate to personalise the car was a fantastic idea especially when we were able to keep it at the end. Even when we made a change on the afternoon it was no bother for them, and they even made a fuss over my son who's birthday it was on the same day to make him feel special too! All round an amazing experience and worth every single penny. Thank you to The Phanthom crew 😃
