Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. Excellent service, however poor time keeping. Turned up a couple of hours later than they said they would but once here were efficient and problem solved all eventualities. Good quality kit and stayed super warm despite the single figure outside temperatures. Overall I would use the again.

Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future.
