Below The Border are a fabulously talented band who played at our wedding anniversary party. Our guests were not exactly spring chickens but absolutely everyone was dancing to their favourite songs from the 70s until midnight. Friends kept asking us, “Who are they and where did you find them?” Some of the lads had record contracts back in the day and that was apparent as soon as they struck up. Brilliant guitarists and singers. Lovely harmony vocals from Gail. Everything sounded exactly like the original records. And they were such nice polite people.
They arrived bang on time, set up their equipment unobtrusively and played two sets of wonderful music. No fuss. Not a single ego in sight. Real Pro’s. Highly recommended!
Thanks so much boys. You made our party such a fantastic success and we’ve had so many messages from our friends telling us how much they enjoyed the music and how good you were. “Gobsmacked by your band” was one and loads saying “Fab band!”

Fabulous disco! Great fun commentary from DJ Gary. Fab music played from my playlist pre-prepared and accommodated requests on the night! Light show great! Highly recommended!

We had a small wedding less than 20 of us and was not sure if having a singer would work but Dan was great all the guests loved the music and the atmosphere he created
Really impressed wish I had been able to book him for longer
Dan has a great singing voice and his guitar skills are impressive
Would recommend him

Rio Brass put on a brilliant performance for a very special champagne, cocktails and canapés post wedding party.
Their sounds provide that extra sense of fun and party atmosphere and were the ideal choice.
Highly recommended and I hope we see you back at Whittlebury Park again in the future.

A great bunch of lads who made our wedding reception swing. Their set was exactly what we wanted and set exactly the right atmosphere. They even let me take the mic for 2 songs. Which they probably regretted within seconds! A great choice for any kind of party.

If your looking for someone to get your party started, then Gary is definitely the man for the job! His professionalism was second to none, after having all the stresses of arranging a surprise 50th for my husband , then came the snow! he came all the way from a previous gig in Exeter to our party in Kent to ensure he wouldn’t let us down, he even arranged a back up for us should the snow beat him , but he made it in good time! His communication was excellent and always replied quickly. His voice and performance were amazing. I asked for a couple of personal songs that meant a lot to us and he delivered on those too. 100% would book again you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Gary xx
