The marquee leaked all over. Called the supplier several times and he came back to me several hours later. Pretty useless. The electrics blew with the water leakage so it was just a mess. Definitely won’t be using these people again. Aside from that the two guys who attended to set up and take down were very professional and amazingly polite and considerate.

Prompt delivery. Everything done well. Hardly knew they were there, did the job and were gone! We were expecting rain so the canopy was there just in case. However it didn’t rain during the event but we were able to set up the food under cover.

Really good service, I needed a gazebo at short notice and it was all sorted, quickly and efficiently. The guys brought it and put it together within 10 minutes in the pouring rain and collected as planned with no fuss. Will be using this company again!

From the very first cal Charlie at PaTpees could not have been more charming and accommodating. The customer service experience is good standard and no detail was left unattended, even down to how beautifully made the beds were. The details of flowers, feathers, foam mattresses, candles etc were all sublimely perfect and my daughter was delighted. I had nothing to do or to worry about as everything was taken care of. I can’t recommend highly enough. I am so thankful that I stumbled upon ParTpees and will definitely be using again and spreading the word. If you have any reservations put them to one side as this is a rolls royce service with the decor to match.

Rob at Poles Apart was amazing from start to finish. We booked relatively last minute as the weather looked like it was going to be rainy - but they were really helpful in advance and on the day. The bell tent was great and beautifully decorated and they even put stickers on the roof to match our theme as well as other decorations and sweetly jars. We’ll use them again in a heartbeat.
