We had a great experience with Activ8 Live. Their communication was prompt, clear and helpful. The server showed up a few minutes early and got familiar with my kitchen. She took care of all the food prep / serving and cleaning up. I was able to really enjoy the event at our house because of all of her help

I can't fault the service provided which ticked all the boxes for my event and what I needed from it. The responsiveness of the team when I had questions where quick. When the waiting staff were running a few minutes late, I got a response straight away and they worked the extra time in any case. Both waiting staff were well presented, polite and completed all tasks as required. I would absolutely use them again.

Unfortunately 1 hour before my event started I received a phone call to inform me that one of the staff was unable to come
The member of staff who was very lovely ,punctual ,sweet and har working arrived she did an excellent professional service but she was unable to stay longer as I needed her to cover up for the other staff who didn't turn up ,over all I am happy but I wish I could have two members of staff or at least she could stay a bit longer to help out .
