I booked Reload after the original band cancelled with three weeks to go! Poptop were great at calming me down and suggesting other bands including Reload. And what a great choice! Alex and his band were superb! He contacted me and we had a good chat over the phone as to my requirements and kept in regular touch. He reassured me that he would definitely get the guests up on the dance floor and he definitely delivered. In fact right up to the end when he finished they were chanting “One More Song!” He got the mood absolutely right and I would not hesitate to book Reload again and would absolutely recommend them for any event. Fab guys (and lady singer), fab music, fab evening....what more could you want?

From the moment I booked in December ,Abi from the band contacted me and from then on I knew I had made the right choice to book Soul Department,they were very understanding with Covid always in the background and then when my 60 th birthday party went ahead the band were brilliant from start to finish. Tom was fantastic in every way. Great at communicating before our wedding and then on the night he and Issac were brilliant. On time, super friendly, great at interacting with our friends and family and the songs they chose were perfect. They read the crowd perfectly and we had so many compliments for having chosen them. We had an excellent evening. Norton Green were very accommodating and fitted in well with what we needed. They were an extremely good band and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
